We are now recruiting a Leisure Tours Manager who will report to our Group & Leisure Tours Manager. Whilst we work with leisure tour operators currently, we have only scratched the surface in terms of what we could achieve and have an ambition for this to be a material part of our revenue. (we have the opportunity to move this forward by approximately 5x) This role would be a match for you if you’ve either worked at a Leisure Tour Operator or hotel business that manages tour operator business. This experience is important to us as we need to tap into your networks and expertise.

What you’ll do:
- Work on the Leisure Tours sales growth plans for each of your Partners and tracking progress
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities from new Leisure Tour partners that maximise revenue, through attending industry events
- Build strong relationships and understanding of your Leisure Tour Partners, including quarterly face-to-face account reviews
- Directly manage and grow revenue from Leisure Tour partners through market leading account management
- Work with the new openings team and Commercial Leads to assist need hotels through identifying Leisure Tour opportunities
- Manage and resolve any issues of conflicts with strategic accounts to ensure client satisfaction
- Forecast, track and report on the status of Leisure Tour partners, sales metrics and key performance indicators
What you’ll need:
- An existing network (i.e. contacts and access to senior executives within the Leisure Tours operators).
- Be able to demonstrate how you have built a new market/business/revenue stream in the Leisure Tour market previously.
- Proven track record of building complex commercial contracts which will lay the foundations of strong, sustainable growth in this sector.
- Knowledge of Leisure Tour Partner landscape
- Analytical and able to spot trends in both team KPI performance and revenue outcomes for key Leisure Tour accounts
- Sound judgement based on business and customer understanding
