This is a key role in taking a lead role in the operation of Premier Inn’s B2B Business Account strategy to continuously enhance and develop our Business Account offering to support our business growth targets. The role entails taking accountability for our internal, external and partner resources to deliver our ambitious goals for Business Account (circa £400 million including VAT) and ensuring the program operates effectively.
Role: Business Product Executive
Salary: £30,000 + Up to 10% company performance bonus
Contract Type: Full-Time and Permanent
Location: Chiswell Court, Dunstable and a hybrid way of working with a minimum of 3 days a week in the office.

What you’ll be doing:
- Ensure effective day to day management of Business Account Operation
- Support the operational training and communication of all Business Account projects
- Act as a first point of contact in relation to day-to-day issues with the supplier relationship
- Management of internal communications in relation to Business Account and support for external communications
- Support the delivery of the continuous evolution strategy of the schemes proposition, processes and technology
What you’ll need:
- Ability to constantly provide expert opinion and advise on internal initiatives and support in delivery
- Ability to connect to the customer and the market and their changing needs
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Ability to set prioritisation and leadership to peers and suppliers
- Stakeholder influencing and negotiation skills
- Able to develop and lead positive and productive working relationships at all levels
