Come and be a Duty Manager at London Gatwick Airport (North Terminal) Premier Inn. Manage a winning partnership between our leadership and housekeeping teams to make sure all aspects of the hotel experience are welcoming, safe and brilliant.
Immediate start – retail experience relevant.
The hours of work will be between 12:00 midday and 23:30 - managing a team of around 30 people on shift.
This role initially will be working within our F&B operation at the largest Premier Inn, serving 600+ covers per evening.
PAY RATE:
Up to £14.40 per hour
CONTRACT TYPE:
Permanent – we don’t do zero hours contracts!
HOURS:
44 hours over 5 days a week
Shift pattern between 12:00pm through till 23:30 - Average shift is 9hrs. Weekends Included.

What you’ll do:
Join our team at London Gatwick Airport (North Terminal) Premier Inn as a Duty Manager, where your proven leadership skills will be put to use managing a reliable, high-performing team that ensures the smooth running of our hotel. If you’ve led a team in a retail environment, you’ll use your experience, excellent communication, and organisational skills to manage everything from health & safety standards to creating an exceptional guest experience.
