As a Pensions Manager, you'll not only navigate the complexities of pension schemes and financial markets but also be a trusted guide, empowering individuals to make informed retirement decisions that change their lives.
In this role, your analytical skills and ability to engage people will be key as you manage pension plans, work with external partners, and support our Trustee Board to ensure financial security for our employees.
Location: Whitbread Court, Dunstable, LU5 5XE with hybrid working (minimum of 3 days a week in our Dunstable campus)

What you’ll do:
- Shape pension strategies, adapting to evolving regulations and business needs.
- Lead partnerships with external providers for seamless operations.
- Provide essential support to the Trustee Board and Benefits Sub-Committee
- Drive clear, effective communication to scheme members.
What you’ll need:
- Experienced leader with in-depth pension knowledge, including current regulations.
- Strong analytical skills, making complex information understandable.
- Skilled in pensions administration management.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery.
- APMI qualification is a plus, but not mandatory.
