We'll take your passion for people and help you transform it into exceptional finance expertise and commercial understanding at the UK's leading hospitality business.
From Day 1 you’ll be instrumental in providing analysis that will inform and influence our strategic management decisions. You’ll be part of a wider graduate cohort, building working relationships and supporting each other through professional exams as you navigate the start of your career, helped along the way by our dedicated early careers team.

Our rotations are what make our fast-paced graduate scheme so special; you’ll complete 3 one-year rotations across a variety of areas in Finance, ensuring that you acquire a breadth of experience as well as a depth of knowledge.
Your choice of qualification
We'll support your professional development by sponsoring your study towards your chosen professional accounting qualification - ACA/ACCA/CIMA
Pay for progression
As you progress through the scheme there are significant increases in salary aligned to each new rotation and also as you reach qualification milestones.

Investing in your development
We want to develop future leaders within finance. We do this by dedicating time to a structured Learning & Development programme designed to enhance your soft skill techniques and plot your progression to leadership. Alongside this we encourage continuous personal development enabled by one-to-one and group support from our Graduate Guardian, as well as regular interactions with our Finance Leadership Team.
