You’ll be the heartbeat of the back-of-house operation: leading and developing your team, smashing food margins, owning audits, and delivering the consistent quality our guests love. With the support of a back‑of‑house trained General Manager, you’ll have everything you need to run a slick, high‑volume kitchen your way.
