We’re hiring a Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team at The Maytree, a welcoming Whitbread Inns site located in the heart of Helston, Cornwall — a town steeped in history and surrounded by stunning natural beauty.

Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll:
- Lead and inspire the front-of-house team through daily briefs and hands-on coaching
- Support recruitment and onboarding to build a strong, guest-focused team

- Manage labour and cost margins effectively
- Champion the Whitbread Inns brand and lead operational change
