Location: Dunstable Hybrid working, 3 days in the office Work Level 5
Reporting to the Head of Operational Risk and Compliance, the Licensing Manager plays a key role in making sure all PI&R food and drink venues are properly licensed and ready to go. You’ll take charge of the whole licensing process and lead the rollout of licensing work across our sites. Thanks to your efforts, every venue will stay open, safe, and fully compliant—avoiding any legal issues or disruptions.
You’ll also help with training and checking candidates to meet licensing needs, and support DBS checks for our “Play” sites to make sure we’re following all the rules.

What you'll be doing
- Maintaining Licensing conditions and variation reviews including TENs
- Working with external stakeholders such as Solicitors and the Police
- Monitor documentation to ensure that version control is maintained and that cyclical reviews take place in a timely manner.
- Look for areas of process improvement and continually question current process

What you'll need
- Experience using PowerBI, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- High attention to detail and determination to get things right
- Worked in a compliance heavy role
