Head of Revenue Management - Premier Inn - London Holborn


Salary:  £100k-£110k p/a + bonus + car allowance + bens

Location: 120 Holborn, London, EC1N 2TD.  Hybrid working, minimum 3 days per week in the office with travel to Dunstable Head Office as and when required.

You’ll be leading a high performing team of Commercial Leads, working closely with our Commercial Analytics and Pricing & Events Teams, to develop and implement comprehensive and innovative revenue management strategies, leveraging market insight and data, and directly contributing to the overall profitability and success of our business.  The importance of this role cannot be understated and if you’re looking for a role where you can really make an impact within one of the UK’s most loved brands, then this could be the role for you!

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies aligned with the company business plan, market seasonality and dynamics.
  • Continuously analyse trading performance, market trends, competitor pricing and demand forecasts to optimise pricing strategies and revenue potential.
  • Execute the weekly trading cycle, including all key trading meetings and supporting key performance indicators and measures.
  • Work closely with other teams across Commercial Analytics, Pricing & Events, Digital Acquisitions, Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Support the Trading Director to define longer-term development agenda for core pricing and trading system.
  • Lead, coach and develop a high performing Trading team on day-to-day activities and business strategy, through fostering a collaborative and data driven culture that is focused on exceeding customer expectations.

What we need:

  • Significant experience in Revenue Management roles within similar/transferable multi-site sectors (Hospitality, Leisure, Aviation, Car Rentals etc.).
  • Proficient in revenue management systems (e.g. RMS, PMS) and data analytics tools, with strong analytical skills, able to interpret and simplify complex data to draw actionable insights and influence key business decisions.
  • A strategic mindset, with a demonstrable focus on driving results and achieving revenue targets.
  • A track record of inspiring and motivating high performing teams.
  • An innovative thinker who is skilled at developing new approaches.
  • An exceptional communicator with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of business up to Executive Level.
