The Premier Inn is loved by millions of guests in the UK and beyond. We’re looking for someone to join our Group Bookings Team. We take many bookings both online and the phone and are looking for someone who can support our business and leisure customers with their bookings. This will be anything from taking the booking through to solving any issues and enquiries which the customer may have.

Each morning, you’ll be allocated customer cases via Dynamic’s system. You’ll be responding to your customer with quotes/ availability options via email and phone call to promote the quote details to support our sales in a timely manner.
There will be opportunity to be upskilled to support our Leisure Tours & Travel Management Company Partner’s, these are core business customers who secures a high amount of bookings and revenue with Premier Inn.

Minimum Skills/Experience Required:

• Ability to communicate with customers both on the phone and email by having strong communication skills verbally and written.
• Able to meet/exceed expectations (customer focused mind set)
• How to build productive relationships with team and colleagues, both internally and externally. Able to identify and support the best resources to effectively deliver against goals.
• How to deal effectively which challenging or ambiguous situations, or challenging customers by being solution focused and displaying strong customer service skills.
• Commercial awareness with an understanding of revenue management
• Ability to grasp Opera reservation booking system and Dynamic’s.
• Able to working with multiple systems confidently.
• Confidence is promoting the benefits of the Premier Inn products to our customers to maximum revenue e.g. F&B range, cross-selling location.
