Our Marketing team then brings our brands to life, creating engaging campaigns, designing menus, showcasing our services and inspiring every customer interaction.
As our new CRM Executive, you'll support the CRM Marketing Manager in delivering standout campaigns that make Premier Inn the No.1 budget hotel in Europe. You'll contribute to planning, coordinating, and executing campaigns across email and digital channels, working closely with brands, agencies, and internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly from concept to delivery.

Role: CRM Executive
Contract Type: Full-Time and Permanent
Salary: Up to £35,000pa (for the right level of experience)
Location: Whitbread Court, and hybrid working with coming to the office a minimum of 3 days a week

What you’ll be doing:
- Plan and manage campaign schedules and calendars, ensuring timely execution.
- Support weekly trading and email communication to internal teams and customers.
- Assist in every stage of campaign delivery, from briefing to quality assurance to deployment.
- Handle daily campaign operations and manage service inbox requests.
- Brief, build, and deploy CRM-driven service and automated activities using targeted workflows and data segmentation.
- Ensure all campaign components (creative, data, systems) integrate smoothly.
- Maintain efficient CRM delivery by leveraging both existing and emerging system capabilities.
- Learn and use Adobe Campaign and other CRM tools.
- Collaborate across teams, stepping in wherever needed to keep campaigns on-brand and impactful.
What you’ll need:
- Ideally some experience in CRM using Adobe Campaign or other CRM systems and campaign platforms – although don't worry if you haven't as we can teach this
- Good experience in marketing/customer focused environment with understanding of marketing principles and CRM
- Experience of campaign proposition briefing and development ways of working
- a keen interest in brand and marketing
- Curious, eager to learn, and enthusiastic about growing in CRM and campaign management
- Organized, detail-oriented and reliable, ready to juggle campaign schedules and priorities
- A clear communicator, comfortable collaborating across teams and stakeholders
- Tech-savvy
