Job Title: Controls Analyst
As the Controls Analyst for Guest Support, you’ll continually develop a strong risk/controls culture within Guest Support through management of the centralised log, effective identification, assessment, and control of risk, along with the management of business continuity planning and management.
Salary: £35,000 - £39,000
Location: Chiswell Court, Dunstable

What you’ll do
• Lead the continual development of a strong risk/controls culture within Guest Support through management of the centralised log, effective identification, assessment, and control of risk.
• Support the delivery of change into the department, approving SOP’s, and assessing / mitigating any risk factors.
• Lead the Guest Support audit and ensuring correct controls, checks and improvements are put in place.
• Work cross functionally to ensure oversight of financial and risk controls are embedded within the guest support function and financial, reputational and compliance risks are managed and mitigated.
• Manage the functional Business Continuity Plan, ensuring the plan is fit to purpose, signed off, regularly tested and actionable.
What we need
Excellent knowledge of risk analysis methodologies and tools.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
Excellent problem solving and identification skills.
Ability to develop complex data models and draw actionable insights from diverse data sets.
Experience in risk management / financial
