Sales Manager - Ireland
Location: Field-Based – Republic of Ireland
Function: Sales & Distribution
Salary: €65,000 to €70,000 + bonus + package
Duration: Permanent
Ireland is a priority growth market for Premier Inn, with new hotel openings planned for 2027. We’re looking for an ambitious, highly autonomous Sales Manager to establish and grow our direct B2B sales presence, build influential local relationships and turn an exciting market opportunity into sustainable commercial growth.
This is a senior individual contributor role with direct revenue responsibility and no people management. You’ll become a trusted representative of Premier Inn in Ireland, combining new business development with strategic account management.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll lead Premier Inn’s direct sales growth in Ireland, driving revenue through Premier Inn Business by winning new customers, growing high-potential accounts and building our presence in the local market. With the autonomy to shape the opportunity and make a visible impact, you will:
- Build and convert a high-quality pipeline of new Premier Inn Business customers through targeted prospecting, networking, referrals, events and partnerships.
- Open doors with corporate decision-makers and build influential relationships across Ireland’s business networks and local partners.
- Create focused plans for target sectors and accounts, using CRM insight to manage pipeline, forecast accurately and prioritise the biggest growth opportunities.
- Negotiate and close commercially sustainable opportunities that deliver profitable revenue and long-term customer value.
- Own and grow a portfolio of high-potential Premier Inn Business accounts, increasing engagement, retention and share of wallet through structured account planning.
- Turn customer, booking, market and competitor insight into action, adapting your approach to stay ahead of demand and unlock new opportunities.
- Work closely with Sales, Revenue, Marketing and Operations to bring opportunities to life and deliver a seamless experience for customers.
What we’re looking for
You’ll be a proactive, commercially curious “go-getter” who is comfortable working independently and creating opportunities rather than waiting for them. Relationship management will be critical in Ireland’s close-knit business community, so you’ll need credibility, excellent judgement and a genuinely customer-focused approach.
You’ll bring a proven record of winning new business and growing valuable accounts, ideally within hospitality or business travel. You’ll also have experience working in or selling into the Irish market, alongside strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation and closing skills. We are looking for confidence using CRM tools, interpreting sales data and turning insight into focused action.
Ready to help shape Premier Inn’s next phase of growth in Ireland? Apply today and make your mark in one of our most exciting priority markets.
