Premier Inn’s Direct and Indirect Sales teams generate over £500m in annual net revenue. Our Sales Operations team underpins this success by driving efficient processes, strong governance, accurate data and high‑quality reporting.
We’re hiring a Sales Operations & Pricing Analyst to support Groups Sales, along with Account Management and New Business. You’ll produce commercially sound quotes for complex Group bookings, assess feasibility, and improve Group processes. Working with Pricing & Events, you’ll help optimise our pricing models and T&Cs.
You’ll also maintain B2B corporate data, govern internal records, manage sales lead uploads into Dynamics 365, and deliver reporting and ad‑hoc analysis across the Sales department.
What you'll be doing
Create accurate quotes for complex Group bookings, and use your commercial judgement to adjust the parameters within our pricing models.
Analyse commercial feasibility for multi‑hotel and event‑period requests.
Report on performance trends and improve processes to speed up responses and maintain SLAs.
Maintain accurate B2B and Groups data, ensuring strong governance, validation and high‑quality reporting for UK and Germany.
Manage and improve the sales lead upload process in Dynamics 365 to ensure a steady flow of high‑quality leads for Sales teams.
