From May 1st the salary will be: £42,000 – £46,500
The London Woolwich Beefeater is a busy, high‑energy restaurant serving a diverse mix of local residents, business guests, commuters, and visiting families. As General Manager, you’ll be given the tools, training, and support to truly make the site your own—alongside industry‑leading benefits and genuine long‑term career progression with Whitbread.
Situated in Woolwich, South East London, the restaurant benefits from strong all‑day trade driven by local footfall, excellent transport links, and nearby corporate and leisure demand. As General Manager, you’ll:
Report directly to the Regional Operations Manager while leading a high‑performing management and front‑of‑house team. You’ll take full accountability for the site’s P&L, drive sales and commercial performance, and maximise every revenue opportunity. You’ll champion Beefeater brand standards, maintain excellent health and safety compliance, and build a positive, inclusive culture that delivers consistently great guest experiences.
