Whitbread Heroes – Long Service Scheme
The Whitbread Heroes scheme celebrates service milestones with each and every one of our team members as they achieve them. We create a special celebration moment with our team member for being a Whitbread Hero. Anniversaries are celebrated from 1 year, 5 years and then every 5 years after that. Our team members receive their very own anniversary pack at each milestone – the longer the service, the better the rewards!
