Here at Whitbread, we are seeking an Service Delivery Manager who will play a critical role in maintaining and improving the availability, stability, performance, and quality of IT services delivered to the UK & Ireland outlet estate (hotels and restaurants).
This is a unique opportunity to own escalations for your division and/or assigned services, building trust through proximity and demonstrated actions, both at site level and divisional level.
Role: Service Delivery Manager
Salary: Around £60,000 per annum depending on experience
Contract Type: Full time, Permanent
Location: Whitbread Court, Dunstable (With occasional travel)

What you’ll be doing:
As an Service Delivery Manager, you will own specific services/suppliers, and ensure supplier governance, performance, and improvement is in place and delivered in line with service contracts.
Additionally, you will champion various service improvement initiatives, which will require analysis and proposals, ensuring buy-in and timely delivery from the wider IT community and reporting on progress.
What you’ll need:
- Experience of working as a Service Delivery or similarly service focused Manager role in a large outlet / hospitality-based organisation or similar
- Strong understanding of ITIL v3/4 principles
- Solid knowledge of core IT infrastructure technologies (hardware, databases, operating systems, local area networks etc) and the IT applications
- Working knowledge of platforms like ServiceNow, including reporting, and dashboards.
- Strong proven stakeholder and supplier relationship management experience
